This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Burn Book mobile application (“Application”) made available by Ayush Kumar Singh (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Burn Book, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Incorporation of Apple Terms

This Agreement incorporates by reference the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA). In the event of conflict, the terms of the LAEULA as provided in the Apple App Store shall prevail.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use Burn Book on iOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s usage rules.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

•Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

•Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense Burn Book.

•Use Burn Book for purposes of defamation, bullying, harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.

•Misuse Burn Book in any manner inconsistent with its intended use.

Purpose of the Application

Burn Book generates humorous “roasts” using an on-device language model. The Application is intended solely for light-hearted entertainment purposes.

•Roasts may include fictional or exaggerated, content.

•You acknowledge and agree that the content generated is not under the full control of the Licensor, and we disclaim any liability for the outputs produced.

Age Restriction

The minimum age for using Burn Book is governed by the App Store’s age rating system, which may vary by region. Users must comply with applicable age restrictions.

Subscriptions & Payments

•Burn Book is available as a free download with limited daily roasts.

•Users may subscribe to Burn Book Pro (monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions).

•Annual subscriptions include family sharing with up to 5 members.

•Payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds are exclusively managed through Apple’s App Store and subject to Apple’s terms.

•Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by the user in App Store settings.

Privacy

We maintain a separate Privacy Policy which governs the collection, use, and storage of any data. By using Burn Book, you agree to the Privacy Policy as published in the App Store listing.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to Burn Book at our sole discretion if you breach this Agreement, misuse the Application, or violate applicable laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ayush Kumar Singh from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of Burn Book or violation of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

•Our liability to you is limited to the total amount paid by you for Burn Book.

•We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
